Blazing Paddles Tournament! April 20-21, 2024

What a terrific tournament KBPS sponsored at Harbor Isles on Saturday and Sunday, April 20-21, 2024. There were 169 participants who played for gold, silver, and bronze medals in the various divisions. Together we helped raise $20,000 for the Assistance League to clothe school kids right here in our community. The winners of the 50/50 raffle were Beth Drew of KF who won $505 on Saturday and Judy Armstrong of Tulelake who won $750 on Sunday. KBPA wants to thank ALL of the people who volunteered their time to make the tournament run smoothly and especially Julianne Barrett (past VP of Strategic Planning) and Carol Whillhite (KBPA member-at-large) for taking the lead and organizing such a successful event! Want to be involved next year? We’ll need volunteers to form a planning committee for 2025!
